The Very Soft ball set is our softest variant, designed for all-over relief. Recommended for first-time users or those who prefer a softer touch, the set of two comes in a mesh bag for easy rolling and can be paired with the Body Track or Neck Track.

The Very Firm ball set is slightly more dense than the Firm, recommended for those who find lacrosse balls too painful but still enjoy a firm-touch massage. The set of two comes in a mesh bag for easy rolling and can be paired with the Body Track or Neck Track.

The Sport balls are our firmest and densest ball set option, perfect for people who prefer lacrosse ball density and a firm-touch massage. These are the same size, weight, and density as a lacrosse ball, and the set of two comes in a mesh bag for easy rolling. They can be paired with the Body Track or Neck Track.

The Neck Track is designed to hold a set of balls in position for the sub-occipitals, and can also be used for leverage on other parts of the body or as a support pillow while rolling another part of your anatomy.

The Body Track is designed to hold the balls in place and allow for a smooth roll of the whole back or limb. It pairs with all of our two-ball sets.

The Firm Foam Roller is an ultra-light, ultra-portable variant, great for people on the go or looking for a backup roller. Designed for use as a support pillow while rolling or for large muscle groups like the quads, back, and stomach.

The Soft Foam Roller is an ultra-soft variant, also ultra-light and ultra-portable, with the same intended uses as the Firm Foam Roller.
